I bought a sample sale gown and had alterations done as well as the dress cleaned here. The alterations were very pricey and normal at best - the service was disgusting - Soo Bae scared us half to death and was very rude. I asked to try on my dress after the tailoring was done in which she said she was ""too busy and didn't have time"" for me to try it on - after I paid a whole lot of money!!! She also tried to american bustle it and said french bustle wasn't possible. After a very tiresome arguement, she finally did french - which was VERY possible and VERY easy to do. I scheduled an appointment to come see the dress a month after I gave it to her - and nothing was done to the dress. Only after a lot of persistance and talking with the manager did I get what the tailoring I had paid for. Cons: EVERYTHING! more

Soo Bae is fantastic! I bought a wedding gown in the beginning of my engagement, but lost so much weight during the wedding planning that I dropped two dress sizes! Literally three weeks before the wedding, I went to see Soo again, and she completely re-altered my wedding gown and made it fit like a glove. She is highly highly recommended. Pros: Extremely knowledgable and skilled consultant. Cons: Have to make an appointment and is a bit pricey. more
