Greetings, from Burnsville. All my fans are from the Fan Man since 1988. 2 in my solarium, 1 in master bed room. Latter I put one in back bedroom & the most recent one a year or so ago in our Kitchen. I just made a visit to the fan man to replace a 2 year old wall switch on a Emerson. First bad switch I have ever had. I have to say this is a company that has it's roots in "customer service" and has never wavered. Fantastic wisdom, no pressure sales & fair price. I have found them truthful & honest. I hope they continue to do well, in this day & age I find it refreshing to find a Co. holding to the old school way of doing business. Pros: null Cons: null more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10/30/2008

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but after my trip to Fan Man Lighting in Burnsville I felt I should share my experience with others. This just might be the last retail store that actually remembers what good customer service should be. Right when I walked in I was promptly approached by one of the owners who took the time to answer all of my questions and had a patient, no-pressure sales approach. They had coffee brewing and a childs play area with cartoons showing. I didn't think it was possible, but they made fan and light shopping enjoyable, and when I was done they even carried it all to my car and loaded it for me! I would highly recommend Fan Man to my friends and family! Pros: Everything Cons: None more
