BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The worst customer service ever. Don't try to call the corporate office...they really don't care about upset clients. Years ago, companies would do anything to keep their good image and customers happy. This place is the worst. more

BEWARE OR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE 12/6/2011

I know it is a tough economy, so when a hairstylist tries to fit in another customer while doing your hair...you try to go along with it. However, check your bill when you leave this place. The stylist added a conditioner to my hair and made me sit at the sink for 20 minutes, while they did someone elses hair. I was so cold sitting their with wet hair, but tried to be patient. I thought my bill seemed high and noticed I was charged for a deep conditioning treatment, and an extra haircolor charge for long hair, I have short hair. This place will rip you off! There are so may salons in charlotte, so stay away from this one!!!! more
