Generally I enjoy going to this store, and usually find what I am looking for and leave with a purchase--but lately, the last 3 times I have stepped into this store I have been disappointed with the current staff (afternoon shopping)--generally I am always greeted and asked if help was needed or if I needed something to let them know--but not recently, all three gals stood not even acknowledging customers coming & going. They were more interested in visiting with each other and sharing stories about their personal lives than monitoring the store. I actually witnessed a customer standing next to their circle waiting for several moments for someone to notice her and help!! WOW--bad customer service in my eyes, and it will take a lot for me to go back to this store--I feel that in this current economy retail should be more concerned about helping & making sales and customer service is a big part of this for me. If someone wants my business they need to show it, not ignore it! Hope the current manager sees this because I sure hope she wasn't one of the 3 that stood around not helping customers!!
