I totally agree with the earlier post concerning this manager. She is extremely rude and hostile. I went in with an exchange and she was completely unhelpful. I was so surprised to learn that she was a manager! I will never shop in that store again as long as she is employed there and will drive out of my way to take my business elsewhere. more

Rude Manager 4/26/2010

This store location has the rudest manager. She has terrible people skills and speaks to you in a very hostile tone. She is not interested in handling customers concerns with any kind of respect or fairness. Pros: selection of shoes Cons: rude manager more
