On Father's day and my husband's birthday or when I am just in a treating mood, I like to go get take out from Famous Dave's. Both of us have yet to finish everything on our plates. The baby back ribs are my husbands favorite and I like to sample other items, burgers, chicken, tips and what ever we get, you have to get extra corn muffins (they are so good). Along with your dinners, you get a choice of many different entrées to complete your meal...You will never leave hungry so bring the elastic pants. Good food and their prices aren't to bad for all the food you get. I found the people to be very helpful and very nice. more

Wasn't bad, but wasn't great 4/17/2006

I found that their BBQ was only so-so. All their meat seemed to have a lot of fat on it and not a lot of BBQ. There were some extra at the table, but on the meat itself - most of it looked and tasted like it was just burnt off. Their side dishes were not bad, however. The seating was a bit cramped. It felt like everyone was on top of one another. For the price, I would have like to see a better cut of meat and a bit more breathing room. more

BBQ goodness! 4/17/2006

Vegans stay away from this place! They have the best ribs and barbecue style cooking anywhere. And the corn bread is amazing. They serve individual or family style meals and you just can't go wrong here. The portions are big so loosen your belt on the way in. If you go to their website you can join the PIG club and get free food. sweet bejebers free food! They also have kid friendly meals. more
