I was surprised and shocked that the Dr. Jack Locascio told me PERSONALLY said he wasn't accepting new patients. Then I guess you have to have a secret pass to get into this place...

I can trust Dr. Locascio 12/15/2010

As a long time patient of Family Vision Care, I question the earlier comment about the staff. Each member of Family Vision Care's staff has always been pleasant and helpful. more

Love the staff 12/14/2010

I am a patient at Family Vision Care. I have gone there for many years and have No complaints. Dr.Locascio is the most thorough Dr. I have ever seen and his staff is top notch. I highly recommend Dr.Locascio. They go out of their way to accomodate my schedule. They also look up my insurance for me. more

sabotage review 11/14/2008

Prior review is false. Is there a saboteur on the loose? We accept new patients, and most insurances. I would only decline seeing a patient who has a prior bad credit with us or was rude to the staff. Review is also old and should be removed. Not accepting new clients - then why stay in biz 5/28/2007

I'll never EVER go to Family Vision Care Clinic of Twin Lakes in Federal Way 5/28/2007
