I went to Family Vision Care and recieved an eye exam and picked out my glasses in January 08 and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get them in and in the three weeks I recieved no phone call they kept telling me when I called that they where not in yet so being very upset after 3 weeks I called them and told them I still have not recieved my glasses and I have been unable to drive for a month due to not having my glasses which I was told that they would be in in 2-3 weeks they looked for them and found that the fax to order my glasses did not go through and that they would re-fax it and they would let me know in 2-3 weeks when they arrived now being 3 more weeks I called them after hearing nothing and it now being March 08 and the gale I spoke with said my glasses where in and it looks like I was contacted about picking them up in January that she was sorry if there was a mix up. Now I finally get my glasses I would advise no one to go to this clinic unless you dont mind the wait.
