agreed bad service , they sure don't care about the customer that walks in the door .. asked if hey had the movie cry wolves and they did just point where to look ..now how can you get someone to hlep.. I asked for some help and they where just to busy talking and gathering information about a week-end plan.. that was my first time in and my last time ever. I did not even rent a movie .. I call the owner and very upset with him he didn't seem to care either more

good videos 8/4/2005

family video has some good videos and some good games but i don't like that they charge late fees still. they could also offer more specials like blockbuster or Hollywood video does. i would also like to see more cheerful employees instead of the grumpy ones i see in there a lot. more

bad customer service 8/4/2005

this business needs help. my husband an i went there to rent movies an while there they employees were to busy talking to friends/girlfriends/or boyfriends to do their job it was like they just didn't care about their job. when we asked for help finding a movie they just pointed in a direction that they said the movie was suppose to be, after searching for it for over ten minutes an not finding it we left feeling like we were not helped at all more
