I would say that if you're trying to run a successful business than you should try and be a little bit more polite to the perspective customers that call inquiring about your products. Also, if you would like people to spend their hard-earned dough on your products than you should try to be accomodating to their needs.
I called inquiring about pick-up if we were to rent something and got one answer and when I called to reserve I got a completely different answer and a snotty remark.
Well, forget it, I will take my business to anywhere else.
And I highly suggest others to do the same. The employees of this company obviously could care less if they have any customers and the owners obviously do not care either to hire such non-customer oriented people.
