I have been using Family Pest Control for well over 15 years and I love them. They are very professional and Ruben is always on time if not early for his appt. I have recommended Family Pest Control to several of my friends. I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. JoAnn is always so kind, friendly and treats you like family. more

Awesome service and quick response time 4/11/2016

Very friendly and welcomed us immediately. Priced very well and takes the time to explain what all is being done. We haven't seen any bugs since they sprayed. I definitely recommend them and will have them come out again. more

Great overall service and pest control. 4/7/2016

Basically the customer service and the gentleman who came out was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his profession. On top of that he pointed out a couple things that needed to be taken care of as far as termites and backyard treatment for fleas. He was doing all the treatments that needed to be done and he also went over where the roaches were probably coming from and gave me an idea on how to get rid of them if they come out again. It was just great service overall. more

A Positve Experience 4/6/2016

Family Pest Control did a termite inspection and treatment for our home. I haven't seen anymore termites, so I'll say that the results are good. I think their prices were economical. The technician were professional, courteous and on time. more

Quick and efficient. 4/5/2016

Family Pest Control treated our house for termites. They came out quickly for an estimate and then showed up a couple days later to do the actual treatment. They were very polite and courteous and it seemed like a fair price. I would recommend them to others and will use them again for future pest control. more

Happy for 40 years. 4/1/2016

Family Pest Control has been our pest control people for I would say about 40 years. I have never had a bad experience with them in that time. We live in a small little city within San Antonio and it feels comfortable with them. They have always been kind, polite, never overstep their boundaries. They go in your house and everything is at their disposal and they have never done anything to make me unhappy or question what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. more

We have used Family Pest Control for an annual termite inspection ever since we had to have the house treated for termites many years ago. Each visit has been very easy to set up with friendly office personnel. The technicians have been prompt, knowledgable, very personable, and professional. Fast reasonably priced professional service 3/12/2016

This was the 4th company I called. The first company cancelled last minute, and 2 others had ridiculously high prices for a pest inspection WDI report needed for our home purchase. Anyway the price was about a third of one company, and they were able to work me in the same day. I felt like I got more than I paid for. He was on time, very professional, didn't rush through the house and I feel like he did a great job. The phone service was also very friendly, courteous and responsive. I had an overall excellent experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing a pest inspection. Thank you!! more

Fast & friendly service 3/10/2016

The service that Family Pest Control provided was to treat some tree cutting ants on my property. They sprayed the whole area and around the house and did an amazing job. There were two people who came out and I was really happy with their knowledge and professionalism. The entire process was very simple. They came out shortly after I called them and I felt comfortable with them treating the house. It was a very positive experience and the ant are gone now! I would definitely recommend hiring Family Pest Control to get rid of the bugs. more

A professional and honest small business that you can trust 3/9/2016

We've been customers of Family Pest Control for 35 years and we've had no problems! We have a contract with them and they come every three months to service our home and make sure the pests aren't coming into our home. Whenever we have an emergency situation, they come right away and they provide a really great service. What I like the best is that they only have a staff of 1 or 2 people who come into your home, not a whole army to correct the problem. I like seeing the same people every time and it helps me gain a sense of trust with them. Reuben is great and the other technicians they've sent have been wonderful. Everyone at Family Pest Control is professional and arrives on time, if there are any problems or delays with our appointments, they'll call us immediately. They were referred to me by someone at work and I've referred them to others. We've been with them for 35 years and hopefully ti will be 35 more! more

Very professional and effective 3/7/2016

The guys over at Family Pest Control were really great. I was having some issues with squirrels and these guys came and cleared them right off. They even put in some stuff that would help keep the squirrels from coming back and heckling me. They were on time and professional, but they took a little longer to do everything than I would have liked. Normally I would not have minded, but I had some errands I needed to run. That being said I am glad they were thorough and I really appreciate the work that they did for me. more

Everything turned out great 3/3/2016

I was really impressed with the quality of work that was done for me by Family Pest Control. I was having some serious rodent problems and these guys were able to take care of them for me really quickly. We had been trying a bunch of things like traps and poisons, but they just were not very effective. We finally broke down and called these guys and they were able to get rid of the rats in less than a week! They also helped us with some preventative measures to make sure the rats don't come back. Our home is rat free and we are happy, everything turned out just great. more

Professional Company Quality Service 3/2/2016

Family Pest Control comes out to my home regularly. I'm on a fix income so the cost is a bit expensive for me. They've installed a covering to catch the animals, so far the results are good. The technician is professional, on time and friendly. more

The didn't get all of the bugs 2/25/2016

I have actually been meaning to call the guys over at Family Pest Control back because they haven't yet finished the job! We were having some problems with bugs in the kitchen so we called these guys to have them get rid of the bugs for us. They sprayed the whole house and the kitchen, and while it initially looked good, the next day the bugs were back. I will definitely be calling them to make sure they come back out take care of this bug problem once and for all. more

Outstanding Company and Team! 2/22/2016

We've been using Family Pest Control for several years now and if you have them once you'll have them forever! On a quarterly basis, Family Pest Control comes out to spray for bugs and to spray my lawn.Family Pest Control is the best company around as well as trustworthy; I'll give them keys to my home- that's how much I trust them!
