Family Night Clinic

I took my child for a running nose, first the nurse aids are rude and do not know their trade (taking vital signs). well after my child began crying and yelling due to their roughness. we ask them to stop. they left the room fast. the doctor opens the door fast and starts to point his finger in my wife face saying if you dont want your child treated to stop wasting his time. we got up and left fast!! we ask him for his name he refused, he followed us out to the lobby. my wife ask the desk for his name and who to make a complaint to they refuse to give any information. when my wife called in the morning to talk to the manager she refuse to still give us any information on the doctor and stated we were no longer allowed to go to the clinic. well you are better off going to the er and wait to see a real profesional working. more

If you were to go to this clinic just make sure you don't get this doctor names Martha (I think her last name is Garcia, i am not sure). She was so rude to me, very demanding, and treated/talked to me like a child when i am clearly over the age of 18. Apon that, when asked questions about my condition she only had 1 plain explaination and couldn't detail past that. You would think a doctor with a degree should know more about where and what a certain condition is. more
