Poor customer service. I would never deal with RSM anymore. They are unprofessional, and don't really care about the customer. Treated poorly by the service department, and then treated worse by the Service MGR. Covering up for the rudeness of their employee. Just an FYI..if you have a recall notice, take it to another dealer who will treat you kindly like when you first purchased the vehicle. more

Quick and courteous 8/23/2005

I have kids so going to get my car serviced is no easy task. Family Honda has a kids room with toys and tv that makes the time go faster. They also offer coffee and bottled water and usually have a bowl of fruit and/or doughnuts. An oil change usually takes only twenty minutes and is cheaper than the quickie lube spots. If you are a frequent customer then the service advisor will often give you 10 percent off or even a free oil change. They really reward your loyalty here. more

Great Deals 8/7/2005

If you have a television, you've seen the ads for the "second happiest place on earth"! And although I would never compare car shopping with Disneyland, the sales and management at Family Honda do make car buying a little less painful. No over the top haggling and you can go to their website and put in your bid before coming in. more
