Safe and Clean environment, Nice employees 1/11/2009

I began going to FFW about 2 months ago. I've found the employees to be very helpful and curtius. The place is always clean and is a nice ""family"" environment. I don't mind at all taking my children with me when I have to go, they play on the play equipment and I especially like the fact that even when my children OR other peoples children are there playing and getting a little too loud, the employees never yell or fuss. They are cool. This is a great place to wash your clothes. (The prices are a little high, but feeling safe and having a clean place to wash mine and my children's clothes makes up for it). I give it 5 stars!! Pros: clean, safe Cons: slightly higher prices more

Not Good Customer Dervice 7/30/2007

This establishment has undergone new management,upon arriving there the new manager was very un-personabe and not polite. Ever helping me she preceded to sat back down and continue her phone conversation. Upon asking her for change she acted as if I was bothering her. I will not be using this laundry again. more
