Family Eye Physicians

Seen Dr. Bhatia on 2-28-2018 for a Diabetic Exam in Orland PK.I went there for a different set of glasses.Upon the Exam.I asked for a script and was told by Dr Bhatia The the person that gave me the exam,Should have done it with my glasses on! What? Really... So he wanted me to come back.(NOT) Gets better. I could not find my insurance card and was told to Pay$200.00+So I paid it.However when I was in the room,I found my insurance card.Gave it to Sue and asked her for my money back.She told me that she put it into the system and it would be mailed to me.To this day 4-18-2018 still no check.I called many times with no answers,Talked to Lauren,Violet,Giuliana, Then I was told to talk to Debbie,The office manager.Never in,Or out to lunch.Zero contact.Called 6 times.For all the people out there that may read this.I would not recommend this place.If you pay to much in cash don"t look for a refund.After billing my insurance company.My bill went to $501.00 This review will next go to ...And small claims court. This is so not right. If anyone out there planing to seek help there.... I intend to bring many people that have been here,And the one that have not been here to reach out to me. One will not let this company keep doing the wrong thing to people that need Eye help. Don"t be fooled by a fancy office.And the staff that works there. more

I was quite pleased with the Family Eye Physicians. They are pleasant, professional and explain what they are doing every step of the way. I had surgery one year ago through them and they were so caring and attentive. I would recommend this center. Excellent care and excellent staff. more

My appointment was 5-24-2016 Dr Bhatia is friendly and detailed physician. Your practice uses time most effectively. Ultimately making the patients time important as well as the practice. You have detailed processes in place for physicians and staff. Your staff greeted me with kindness and efficiency from the time I arrived. I signed in, 10 min wait, tech room about 5 min, diagnostic waiting room 10 min. then to the dark waiting room (which is a plus for dilated eyes) waited about 10 min then to exam room waited for doctor to enter about 10 min. and Dr Bhatia's exam was 10 min. I entered your Optical dept. for glasses adjustment and waited about 7 min. It's nice to experience a specialists office that the workflow is so organized. Most practice managers and administrators are virtually clueless as to how each of the processes work. I'm very impressed with your efficient and courteous practice. more
