I was worried that I might end up with a long wait time at this office after reading some of the reviews but after hearing from my friend that the doctor is so great at this office, I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised that I waited only 10 minutes before being called to the back! The doctor and the nurse were both so attentive, kind and professional! I would definitely go back again! I was very happy with the service I received at my last appointment. They have improved greatly! A few times I had been stuck waiting in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes but now they have a whole new staff and I only waited 10 minutes to get in to see the doctor! They were all so nice and attentive and I was treated so professionally. I would recommend to others! more

Really had a great experience at this office! They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment very quickly (the next day) and the staff was so kind and courteous! Been a patient of Family Doctors of Green Valley for 2 years now. Originally was coming for regular family practice appointments and I have never been disappointed. Nice office and great staff! They never have me waiting too long in waiting room which I really love. I recently learned that they do medical weight loss so now I am using hcg for the first time and loving it because I am losing weight easily without being hungry. My energy levels are higher than ever. This office is so great. I would recommend it for sure! more

I have been coming to Family Doctors of Green Valley for four months now and I am extremely happy with the service I have received! I joined their weightloss program and have already lost 12 pounds! The entire staff has been so supportive and helpful and their pricing has been so affordable. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and to everyone out there! more

My first visit was on 3.14.12. Honestly, the receptionists and billing department are always so sweet and helpful. I went in complaining mainly of a cough that kept me up at night. Coughing to where I was gagging and vomitting. I was prescribed 4 medications. One 3.28.12 I called and said the medicines were not working. I was told to come back in. Second visit was 4.5.12. I was prescribed 4 more medications. I called on 4.6.12 and advised I was feeling worse. Third visit was 4.7.12, and was prescribed 2 more medicines. On 4.10.12 I was called and told by the nurse that the blood pressure medicine they gave me on 3.14.12 could be causing the cough to prolong and I have to come back in again to get a new prescription. I am due back to go in today 4.11.12. I still have the same cough to where I gag. Nothing has worked and I have currently paid $75 in co pays, $28 in additional test pays, and $123 in medicines. This does not include any of the over the counter stuff nor what they are billing my insurance company. We will see if I can finally get a medicine that will work today. Obviously, I would not recommend their service to anyone. more

I visited them and would never go back. \r Why they call themselves ""doctors of Green Valley"" is beyond me when you won't see a dr. I was seen by a PA and although he seemed caring, when he determined that he wanted to do an additional test during the visit, my visit was interrupted so that I could go to the front desk and pay an additional $30...although I already had to pay ahead of time for the visit. It made me feel that money is the most important part of thier practice...not the well-being of the patient. I was very sick during the visit and the last thing I needed was to make my visit longer due to them collecting more money. It could have waited until the end of the visit when I checked out. I left my doctor of 10 yrs in Florida, and I wish I were back there just for health care. I have lived here almost 5 yrs and have yet to find a dr who is compassionate or competant.\r more
