I highly recommend this office!! Unlike the review I just read, my experience at this office was amazing. A couple of weeks ago I was in a lot of pain, on a Sunday afternoon. After hours of searching for a dentist I finally came across this office. I called the service and within 10 minutes I had one of the doctors calling me. My emergency was treated immediately and I decided to schedule an appointment for a regular check up. The staff as well as Dr. Ziegler were very professional and helpful. I hadn't seen a dentist in over three years and was having some discomfort. Dr. Ziegler first saw me in his office (which is more than I can say for my last dentist) and took the time to listen and get to know me. Afterwards, he gave me an exam, and just as I feared, I needed a lot of work. Long story short, his prices were very reasonable, accepted my insurance, and whatever was left over, I conveniently financed. Now, after two and a half weeks, I have a beautiful, but more importantly, HEALTHY smile! This dentist?s actions were very malicious, I strongly warn you not to go to him. He charged my company two different claims for services he never provided. One was for braces for 3,600.00 dollars and another one for 350.00 dollars. When I first walked in the office I knew something was wrong, he first escorted me to his office and asked many personal question, which none had to do with my dental history, then I was escorted to another office, where three people were all around me and arguing between themselves and then he recommended a cleaning that costs 1,500.00 dollars and he urged me to write a personal check, which at the moment I but I asked him that why he was not charging the insurance and he said that they will reimbursement later at the moment I decided to leave as quick as possible. The only positive thing is that they open late, but I suppose this is to rip people off as much as possible. more

I wanted to take this opportunity to inform everyone about a wonderful dentist I had the pleasure of meeting two weeks ago. I have always felt self conscious about my smile. Although, I have gone to different dentists, no other dentist was able to show me the degree of courtesy, kindness, and honesty as Dr.Ziegler. He performed a thorough exam and explained to me different types of treatment his office could do to enhance my smile. Dr.Ziegler and his staff made me feel so comfortable that I commenced treatment right away. I decided to have Lumineers done. It is a new type of veneer that is as thin as a contact lens and so strong they guarantee their work for up to five years. I dont know about you but I havent met another dentist that can guarantee his work. That wasnt even the best part of having this procedure done; the best part is NO SHOTS! I know it sounds too good to be true, but from one regular Joe to another.its true! Two weeks later I have a new smile Im proud of. So if youre in Miami and have no one to ask, take my word for it, Dr.Ziegler and his wonderful staff are unbelievable.
