A very pushy dental practice. I went in for an abcess and before addressing my issues the dentist was asking if I had considered implants!? Not to mention the estimate to fix 3 teeth (one of which was to be pulled)was 1.00 less than my entire amount of coverage for the year. Also the teeth were beside each other,needed the same treatment and I was going to be charged 45.00 more for one tooth than the other.Price fixing - do you think!! Good luck to those of you who opt to continue on with this one.One last item - this dentist is too heavy handed to actually care about his patients.He has the Midas touch and not a healing hand one. Not for me!!Bet this won't get past the office review!!!!!!! more

Dr. Doan is a perfectionist. He is very thorough, does a great job, and takes pride in his work. My husband loves the new life Doctor Doan gives my teeth. All my crowns look beautiful and fit perfectly. more

My experience @ Family Dentistry,PC was exceptially great. The staff is so very polite and courteous. They make it seem as tho you are amongest family.They are so caring and hospitable.My visit was A+from the very beginning.Dr.Doan is just marvellous. He saw how much pain I was in and he took the time to attend to my situation altho there were others for dentistry @ the time.He was so patient in handling my situation.Dr.Doan is a great asset to the dental profession.I highly recommend him whole heartedly to who all read this e-mail.To Dr. Doan and the staff @ Family Dentistry, thank you so very much. more

Appointment on short notice 3/30/2011

I had to change my appointment on short notice. They were very accommodating and worked me in with a time that was suitable to me. Nice folks and they run a class act dental facility. more

cleaning, ck- up for 2nd opinion, root canal 3/18/2011

Very nice and efficient and clean.I was told by another dentist i had a sinus infection. What I really had was a leaking filling and a tooth that needed a root canal. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE 1/26/2011

I had a tooth ache that turned out to be something that needed serious dental attention. The dentist and his assistance worked together in a way that was efficient, painless and memorable. I highly recommend this office to anyone who has ever been afraid to go to the dentist. The staff is great and the service is the best!! They truly care about your oral health!! more

I had a pleasant trip at the famiy dentistry. Ginger is the best Dental Hygienist that I have ever had. Dr. Doan is a very pleasant person. Laura was nice also. They my experience the best that I have ever had at a dentist office. They make you feel like you have known each other for a long time. They will always be the Dentist office for my family. more

Excellent 12/8/2010

I am undergoing major dental work - with finding decay under a bridge and crown. Dr. Doan is excellent - great explanations of what needed to be done - even with having to do an unexpected root canal, calmed my fears, and no pain. Dr Doan is honest and caring. I have and will continue to provide referrals to this office. more
