I was truly impressed by the office staff, assistants and the Dentist (Dr.Mason) I saw on my first visit. They were on time, everything was explained and I didn't feel like a new patient. FROM MY FIRST VISIT ABOUT 1 1/2 YEARS AGO TO THE FAMILY DENTAL. I NEVER LIKED GOING TO THE DENTIST BECAUSE I ALLWAYS ASSOCIATED THEM WITH PAIN BUT FROM THE TIME I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR AT FAMILY DENTAL UNTIL THE TIME I LEFT I WAS TREATED LIKE I HAD BEEN A PATIENT FOR YEARS-EVERYTHING THING WAS EXPLAINED FROM BEGINING TO END AND I DID NEED SOME MAJOR WORK DONE AND THEY MADE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE I DIDN'T FEEL ANY PAIN AT ALL AND I EVEN LAUGHED A LITTLE-I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. more

I recently discovered Family Dental Practice after my employer switched insurance providers. The location is convenient as I am from Windsor. The staff was always very friendly and willing to answer questions over the phone. If they didn't have an answer, they were always willing to call you back promptly with one. I went in with some hot/cold sensitivity and what felt like a small cavity in one of my front teeth. Dr. Mason was able to quickly scan my mouth and detect several issues, cracked fillings, etc, that my previous dentist of 15 years never even saw! I visited the other guy two weeks prior to switching - and my am I glad I did! Dr. Mason was able to take pictures of my teeth using a hi-definition camera and a bright LED light on a swivel, and then point issues out to me and explain exactly what was going on. It makes a lot more sense when you can see the issue, right there in front of you. There was no denying it, I needed my first root canal. In a follow-up visit Dr. Mason was able to perform root canal therapy on a deep cavity I had let go for nearly 5 months while wrapping up college. He was able to put in a permanent filling the very next day. I didn't even need ibuprofen the morning after the root canal, he did such a good job! I could tell during the procedure how focused he was on doing it right. So far, so good. I will definitely be returning to his office for a cleaning and the final crown on the tooth. My family, after hearing about my experience, is also looking into switching to Family Dental. Life has enough headaches, don't let a stressful, outdated, or unskilled dental experience be one of yours! Best Regards, MN more

I have been a patient of Family Dental for 8 years. I have watched the office grow and become a very high tech practice. They now offer digital x-rays and online services which makes it easier to keep track of my families appointments. My children have had their wisdom teeth extracted and I myself needed perio treatment and everything was taken care of in this one office.The staff are great and very helpful.They assisted me in the financing of my familys dental work. 12months interest free was great for me!!!! more

I have just returned from my first visit with family dental practice and I have to it was the first time I enjoyed the dentist. The front office staff is so friendly i was put at ease the moment I walked through the door. Dr Mason and his assistant were just as welcoming. Everything was explained to me about the treatment that I needed and what the costs would be. I had experienced pain last year with one of my molars and had seen a different dentist for diagnosis and treatment. This dentist ran different fancy tests and took x-rays and could not diagnose what was wrong. This year I was experiencing pain the same tooth and went to Dr. Mason. What a difference! Dr. Mason took an x-ray and used a simple piece of ice and was able to diagnose that I need to have a root canal on that tooth. Dr. Mason performed the root canal with the skill and proficiency of a seasoned professional that the procedure time flew by and pain was minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Mason to everyone and I already have family members getting ready to switch their dentist to Dr. Mason. He’s a gem! more
