Avoid this place at all cost! Upon arrival I was greeted by the sight of literally over a dozen people standing and 10 more sitting on the floor, and hearing other complain of been waiting for anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours, upon asking others what time their appointment was 9 had the exact same time as I did, (only 1 dentist and 2 techs, 2 receptionists). When I went after waiting 45 minutes I asked if I could reschedule as they were so behind on appointment times. I was rudely told there was no need for that and that this was normal for any Dentist Office. I would be called soon.. another 20 minutes and finally got called back.. Now the worst part after having the procedure done I noticed something was not right.. I went to another dentist and was informed that the prior work was done so poorly that it would need to be done again, went to another dentist and was told the exact same thing, the work was shoddy and done improperly and would require extensive repair work to correct it.Scores 0-10 with 10 best, Service score 0, Competence score 0, fun factor 0, usefulness 0, Cleanliness 7. more

Needed to get my tooth pulled. It had been bothering me for awhile so I scheduled a day off and began calling Dentists. Since I do not have insurance I was left shopping for the most affordable means. After calling three local offices I stumbled across Dr. Fuchs located in Sears at Eastgate Mall. When the woman who answered my call quoted me the price for a "simple extraction" I was shocked at how much less they charged than others. "Are you sure that's it?" I asked. "How are you so much less?" "Not sure," the woman replied. Ok then, I booked the appointment for 2:30pm the next day and arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule. Upon arriving I was greeted with a clip board and an empty seat. So I went ahead and filled out the sign-in and sat down. One full hour later a woman finally appeared, only to call on three other patients before getting to me. As I entered the office the woman behind the counter turned to me and said - this is a direct quote, "I'm not sure what you were told, but we start at $106.00 and the extraction is $150.00." Immediately I knew I'd been had. While the other Dentists had quoted me their true price, Dr. Fuchs office had lured me in with a "too good to be true" price only to be told the real price after waiting for over an hour. How lame Dr. Fuchs! Needless to say I thanked them for nothing and walked out. Hopefully this review will save someone else the time and trouble. Shame on you Dr. Fuchs. My tooth is killing me and now I have to wait until my next day off to do anything about it. more
