Hhmmm... I think the name is a little misleading as the FAMILY in the title is a little off track. I brought my daughter in to get me a bike and she was touching a bike and asked not to. All she did was feel the seat of a little girls bike she was dreaming of. :( more

One of the biggest shops around 11/25/2005

It's one of the biggest shops around town. They have quite a selection of road, mtn, BMX, cruisers, and hybrid bikes. Also quite a large selection of clothing and accessories. Given they're a huge shop they may seem a bit impersonal at times, but that's the price you pay for a big shop. I've never dealt with repairs there so I don't know how they rate in that aspect. PROS: huge section for santa cruz CONS: not always the personal attention one would want more
