Family Custom Shower and Bath said they would be in to do the demolition on one day, then come finish on the second day. They stuck to their timing promise. The initial demolition could have been just a bit neater. Other than that, the job was excellent. The two men they sent on the second day were terrific, too. It seemed that the sum may have been a little on the high side. I'm not going to complain about the price too much, though, because the work really was excellent. more

Everything with Family Custom Shower and Bath went well. They were awesome at everything. They cleaned up after themselves, gave us instructions on how to use shower, and were very informative. The workers were very friendly, very kind, and courteous. more

Excellent work 10/23/2013

We had a small bathroom torn apart and the tub removed and shower installed. Morgan and his guys did a great job, I love my new bathroom. They answered any questions I had and checked with me on anything they were unsure of as far as placement of grab bars, etc. Very professional and I plan on using them to remodel my kitchen. They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very considerate. more

Accommodating staff, gorgeous work 9/11/2013

Family Custom Shower and Bath did a wonderful job for us. I called to ask them if they could move our scheduled date to an earlier one because my husband was ill, and they gladly accommodated us. The staff was amazing, and the results were gorgeous. I am completely and utterly pleased with it all. more

Treat you like family 7/25/2013

Family Custom Shower and Bath is the best, nicest, and friendliest and they treat you like family. My mom won a bathroom makeover and they came and did it all for her-adding a bathroom she could access from her wheelchair. To be able to help her meant the world to me and to use them was a blessing. They really worked with her needs, solved every problem she had, and gave her great access to her bathroom. more

Quality 7/24/2013

Family Custom Shower and Bath did my shower upstairs. I am in a brand new home and it had a normal shower and curtain so they put in shower doors for me. I like their quality of workmanship and they deserve 5 stars. I am a hard person to deal with since I lost my wife, saying I go overboard, but these guys were quality individuals to work with. Roger is great. more

Above and beyond on my bathroom 6/18/2013

Family Custom Shower and Bath converted my bathtub to a shower and I got a recycled marble material that is just beautiful. They took their time to do the work right and they did a good job. They had to correct some flaws in the house that the house was built with so they had to shave some of the flooring to make it flat and flush. My house doesn't have insulation and he went down to Low's and put insulation in which was great-he fixed my house the way it should have been done by the builders originally and went above and beyond. more

They tore out our old shower and bath tub, then put in a new single shower with a bench and re-worked some of the plumbing. The main guy on the job, Morgan, was outstanding. more

Excellent all-around 5/3/2013

I had Family Custom Shower and Bath take out a bathtub and replace it with a large shower. They also did the vanity top in the bathroom. All of their work turned out great. They are total professionals! They really care about their work. As far as quality of work, service, and price, I could not have asked for anything better. They actually came in at one third of the cost of the other company I was considering, so I have not one thing to complain about. more

We're extremely happy with our bathroom remodel. 11/13/2012

Morgan & Chuck, who remodeled our bathroom (new shower, flooring, toilet), are very skilled & did a beautiful job. They first took the shower down to the baseboards &, when they discovered that an unseen leak had caused rot & mold & a mouse had chewed holes almost to the exterior wall, they were able to repair it immediately & go on with their job. We were very impressed. After they finished, when there was a toilet leak & problem with the shower doors, Chuck came up & fixed them. The one problem was a mixup & lengthy (2 month) delay with the shower trim, which Roger recently remedied. We're now showing it off to our friends & neighbors, who want one too. Overall, they did a terrific job & we're very happy with the outcome. more

Dependability, quality, and professionalism. 10/17/2012

1 Day Bathrooms did three different jobs for me. They did two complete bathrooms and a complete kitchen and laundry room. They were extremely professional, very accommodating, and extremely responsive to my needs and requests. They were timely, efficient, extremely courteous, and they just did a great job. It was a very, very good job. Their dependability, as well as quality and professionalism are the things that rise to the top. Roger is great. Trudy is great. Morgan is great. They're all great. It's a great company. They really know what they're doing. more

They came in and pulled out a bathroom, and redid the whole thing for me. They picked out everything, I left it up to them. I ended up with probably the most beautiful bathroom you've ever seen. I checked and checked, they were the best price and they did the best job. more
