Good: First impressions are usually lasting ones, so let me say that I have been to several Chiropractors over the years and the task of finding a "NEW" one is somewhat of a difficult task. I am 100% pleased with my choice. Dr. Dolberg and his staff are exceptional and really know how to make a new patient feel comfortable and right at home. His knowledge and experience towards his craft was noted in every aspect of my first visit, a true professional.. Bad: I do not have a comment for this section, except I didn't see a PEOPLE magazine in the waiting room, funny because I enjoy the crossword puzzle in the back section...but would not have had time to fill one out either way because he saw me on time and took extra effort in fitting me into his schedule on short notice.. Improvements: Family Chiropractic may already have an Aqua Massage Table that I did not see but other office's that I have been to have had this wonderful table as part of their practice, always a real plus to customer satisfaction and self indulgence!. Other: Thank you to Dr. Dolberg and staff for treating me as the professional that I am and there Patriotism towards Federal L.E. and Members of the Military alike. I have been a patient of Dr. Dolberg's for a few years. I have always found him to be caring and concerned. And frankly, he gives the best chiropractic adjustments I have ever experienced. I have referred many of my friends and my whole family has been helped there at one time or another. I think Family Chiropractic is a truly special place. The staff is very accommodating and they take special time to help everyone from moms with young kids to elderly who need a little extra help. They also have massage and a great nutrition counselor. Last week my wife saw the new doctor, Dr. Etka. She said he was really terrific too. more

On our most recent visits we saw Dr. Dolberg, who I believe is the owner. I have to unfortunately say it has been night and day. My son, father and I had wonderful experiences with Dr. Shields at this practice for the last year and a half, but sadly he is no longer there. The first time I thought I just had to get used to Dr. Dolberg's style, which was much less comprehensive, hurried, impersonal and what seemed like a standard adjustment that didn't address the concerns I had expressed to him. The second time, though, was exactly like the first with the exact same adjustment. My father went once last week as well, with completely different concerns, and it was the exact same experience for him! Hardly any time was taken to answer questions and our concerns were simply breezed over. The office seemed chaotic and I had to wait longer to be seen. Dr. Dolberg did take the time to suggest multiple visits and it seemed like they value marketing and dollars over customer service and good patient care. more

I have been to a lot of chiropractors and I was very impressed with the personal attention and care I received by Dr. Shields at Family Chiropractic Center. He took time with me, asked a lot of questions and got to the root of the problem. I felt great after the first visit! I brought my 10-year old son last time as well and he loved it. He's been working on his computer a lot and playing video games. Seeing Dr. S helped him a lot. He doesn't usually feel comfortable with doctors of any type and Dr. S knew just how to put him at ease. Now he wants to go again. My father just took up golf again after quite some time and is already feeling it, so I'm sending him to Dr. S as well. I liked it that the office didn't try to sell me on multiple visits of any kind. They didn't need to. I'll be back just to ensure everything stays in place. I'm very active and a dancer so things can easily get out of control. Dr. S gave me some easy exercises and movements that I can do at home. They offer massage there as well, which I hope to try soon. Great chiropractor and nice chiropractic office! more
