Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this therapist. I went in needing some help and instead found myself overwhelmed by Susan Burns' lack of organization and preparation. She simply seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She seemed to think that simply by asking me what was wrong her job was done. Therapy takes a little more than that. Cons: Late, confused, unorganized, distracted, no eye contact more

I profited immensely from counseling with Susan Burns. She is extraordinarily gifted in the art of listening, in the art of treating the whole person, in the art of dispensing very specific advice and techniques, when appropriate, to help her clients gain transformational insights into personal and professional issues. I have referred her to many friends, all of whom have also had extremely beneficial experiences. Pros: thumbs up! more
