I am writing this tip to you out of frustration. I have two complaints # 1) I often visit your store and find the same unuseable (not working) CD player I have found many times. When a customer comes into your store to find a accompanying CD for singing along, the player never works to any degree of minimum satisfaction. Saturday my wife and I asked if they had a CD player, none was out. The employee on duty went to a back room and brought out the same player that had never worked many other times. They brought no head phones. We inquired as to if there were any head phones. The employee said ""I don't know if they have any head phones. We could not get the player to operate period. The employee showed no concern that a customer needed help to make a sale. There is a music store right next door. It sells CD players. This would be a great investment for your store to improve customer service. #2) In the twelve years we have lived in this area, with few exception your employees have been less that helpful lacking professional courtsey to anyone needing assistance. The best service we received was a young lady that had just started a few days before. She was willing to call another FCB store who had a sing along song we were wanting to buy. The supervisor that day was angry at the new employee for taking the initiative to help us find the requested song. We never saw that employee again. You the owner of this FCB Store need to realize the that character counts even in customer service. There are some people who do not need to work in a Christian store. The message lives louder than you think. You should take a survey of the people you have working for you. I don't like driving to other cities and giving my business to other communities when there is a Christian store right here in Panama City.
