Family Chiropractic was my first experience with chiropractic care. My first impression of the staff was that they were friendly and informative, but more than that, they seemed happy to be working there. Dr. Heinz was warm and approachable and didn't try to ""sell me"" on the idea of chiropractic. He very pleasantly discussed my health care concerns with me and explained my options. He truly seemed to care about what was best for me. I didn't feel intimidated at all. His adjustments were gentle AND effective. The best part of the visit, besides feeling better with the first adjustment, was feeling like I was the only patient there.
