Many Thanks! My name is Ed, and I’m writing this review, hoping it might find people that need a professional Bondsman. On March 16th, I received a call at 5am from a Bondsman that my brother was in Virginia Beach jail on a DUI charge. I told the Bondsman that I was going to pay the $1000 bond myself, and I would not need his services. He was very polite and said if I needed any help for me to call him back. While driving down to the jail, I had several other Bondsmen call me about my brother, except they were not so professional. One Bondsman actually said I had to use him because my brother called him. I wasn’t sure if this was true or not, so I call Chris Rollins back from Family bail bonds, and he said, “You do not need to use a Bondsman, if you have the full amount of the Bond. The other Bondsman kept trying to “sell me”. Called me three times. When I got to the jail, Chris “Family Bail Bonds” helped me make contact with the jail and steered me in the right direction. I can’t say enough about Chris, he even went to 7-11 and got a cup of coffee for me. And just so you know, when the jail says, your brothers ready to go, count on 3 hours or more before they release him. Thanks again Chris for all your help, and the good conversation. i was just impressed with Chris, because i he waited with me , even after we relized my brother got a pr bond. not many bondsman would do that. more

This was the first time i had to use a Bondsman, and i found out, there is a BIG difference in bonding companies. I had several Bondsman call me about my nephew, Brian, and they were rude, uninformed, pushy, and unprofessional. Finally, Chris from Family Bail Bonds called me and i realized the difference in Bondsman. Chris was very helpful, polite and Knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his company.
