They never do. They just do this to get more views on their clapped out beaters. It makes it impossible to search for the cars they FALSELY list, because the only results that come up are for their rust buckets. If you see Family Auto Mart on craigslist be sure to flag them. Don't even bother with this place, You'll be taken for more money then you want to spend. The cars are just fixed up enough to get you home, then look out. You took it off the lot it's your problem now type of thing. Not worth the hassle. more

I went in looking for a car and I received great customer service from Nick. He was very helpful and all around the associates there don't seem like the type to rip people off. I would recommend people to go there I bought a 2007 Ford five hundred and I love it! more

I got a car from them that was fully loaded. Loaded with ROACHES! I took the car back and they gave me another one to test drive and that one had roaches too. They took my money and wouldn't give me anything except more roach infested cars. Absolutely horrible. more

I found approx. 20 cars on Autotrader.com and kbb.com all under $3,000 so we decided to stop there and see if we could find one that we liked. Well when you get there they do not have a SINGLE car under $5,000 and all of the cars we did look at all smelled bad. One smelled like fish inside, another smelled of mildew. Will never come here even on my most desperate day. They lure you in with these great ads on car selling websites, but cannot deliver on those ads. They are fake advertisers!! more

Wheeling and dealing is a joke. Wheeling and stealing? Appropriate. $7995 for a 2005 with payments of $90 a week. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, setting yourself up for DISSAPPOINTMENT. more

Got a car from family auto mart. Was told everything works and the CD player doesn't work. I've had a tire go out. And now it's leaking gas. They sell you a car at any means then once it's off the line there basically saying thank you for being a dumb shopper with out. Now your on your own. They don't help worth crap. Owe 4000 dollars on a car still from them. And it has broken down 3 times the passed 2 months. Having to pay 66 every Tuesday or they repo it. Now I'm paying 66 dollars a week for it to sit on the road. Because there so cheap!!!!!!! more

I was shopping for a vehicle and found a great deal at Family Auto Mart. My salesman was wonderful, not the typical car salesman. He was kind,HONEST, and not puchy whatsoever. I would deffinately recommend him for future buyers. The GMC I purchased is extremely nice and well worth the great deal I receieved. THEY TRULY STAND OUT FROM THE REST!!! Sales guy was great (Jeff), we went around to dealers all day and it was the worst...while at Family Auto Mart we laughed, kids had fun and it was very enjoyable.... did have a problem with the car right after we bought it.... problem was not known....we didn't even realize it on the test drive...... BUT they jumped on it and got it fixed ASAP.... FAM stayed on it and kept me up to date..... I was very nervous...but realized they do care about their customers!!!! the bad reviews I saw was only about the internet.... People get off your hinney, and call before you drive over DUH!!! They are to busy spending time with customers to update the website!!! I Will send any friend or Family member there! THEY ARE HONEST, and that is not found around used car lots very often!
