I went to the dealership one day and they told me I was required to take the vehicle for a test drive, but I did not have my insurance with me. I went back the next day and told them I was going to use my test drive to take the vehicle to a mechanic and I was told their insurance would not allow that....ummmm something fishy there in my opinion needless to say I walked away without a vehicle. more

Buyer BEWARE 10/14/2009

I bought a 1999 Cadallac Deville from this dealer. Four hours after driving it off the lot it overheated. I took it back to Family Auto Car and Truck Sales and asked for my money back. He is not willing to give me a refund. His mechanic looked at the car and supposedly replace the thermostat but the car still overheats. We are not even able to drive it! PLEASE reconsider before going there. . . he is a scam artist! I should have known with his odd business hours and lack of returning phone calls. more
