Worse dental experience in my life. I felt like I was getting dental service in Pakistan. They messed up my teeth, I had to find another dental to repair their mistakes. Their service is not professional. After 14 months, they said they would refund me. I have visited their office in Wheeling IL 3x per month, so thats over 30x in 14 months. I called with phone and they keep telling me my dentist will call me back, but he never did. I had to get the police involved to get a refund and their accounting department still did not give me a refund. I am thinking to take a lawsuit against them. Please don't go here, there are so many dentists out there that will be happy to assist you. Their staff and management / Doctor are not professional and carrying. My current dental, people are so nice and carrying and friendly. This place is a waste of time, their service might be appreciate in third world counties but not in the US.\r \r United We Stand\r \r Sam more

Good place for kids 6/11/2011

My niece is only three years old and I brought her to this dental office because of their reputation. My niece didn't even realize where she was, because usually anytime she's in a clinic emvironment, she will start to cry. She had lots of fun in the kids play area, and the assistants as well as the dentist were extremely nice. more

Siempre tienen un servicio de primera. Todas las personas que trabajan aqui tratan muy bien a todos los pacientes. Tienen mucha paciensia siempre. El doctor es muy bueno. Casi no senti un gran dolor durante mi consulta. Es un buen lugar para venir si en verdad le tienes panico al dentista. De verdad que sabrian tratarte. more

Everyone here is very friendly. They try to make the space as comfortable as possible for a dentist's office.The hygienist was very thorough and the actual dental exam hit the main points without trying to sell me on some super procedure or product. I really liked this office and will be back again. more

Didn't push on uncessary treatments 5/6/2011

I'm very pleased with my experience, everyone from front desk staff, hygienist and the cashier- all were friendly. I liked the doctor, she was patient and did a good job. The doc didn't push on me un-needed fillings. I highly recommend them. more
