After reading some of the reviews about the Falmouth Inn, I was skeptical to reservse a room, but my 16 yro son was having his birthday on the cape and that is where he wanted to have his friends stay. I would like to share some of my comments about this property and the employees that work there. When i first arrived at the hotel i was greeted by a lovely woman, who checked us in with no problem and gave us helpful information about the town and the hotel itself. after checking in we went to our room, where we found that there was a problem, and immediately conntacted the front office. My thoughts were, ""I hope this isnt gonna to turn out to be a bad experiece"", as the situation was handled i realized the i had nothing to worry about. The people at the front office handled the problem efficiantly and profesionally. Not only did my kids get a kick out of the Karaoke but also enjoyed two days of breakfast at the hotel's restuarant where the staff was not only polite but also brought out a little muffin with a candle in it for my sons birthday. I had a wonderful time at the Falmouth Inn and would go back again. The hotel is not fancy but accomadates to everything that we needed. more

This was on one of my first trip to Falmouth! I loved it. The staff was Great, and very helpful. I stayed for a week and hated to leave. You have to try this one! more

Last minute trip over the July 4 weekend. This was about the only place with availablility. After reading the reviews I was wary. Not sure where all of the hate is coming from! I was pleasantly surprised the place. Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly and it's in a great location. Walk to downtown or the beach. Shopping and restaurants were also walking distance. And the lounge at the hotel was nice with live music. Not a resort or a romantic B&B, but a regular hotel at a very good price. Hotel also has a large indoor pool but we didn't have time to check it out. If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive place in Falmouth, this would work for you. more
