Falls Terrace is called Falls Terrace because - guess what - IT OVERLOOKS THE FALLS. Terrace. So commenting on the beautiful view would be like saying ""we went to a bookstore to read - guess what - Books!""\r The cuisine was something special, though. My wife had the French Onion soup, and I had the seafood floating in about a pound of butter. more

Yes, something's missing 2/13/2006

I agree with the previous opinion. It's a really neat place as far as the atmoshpere and view of the falls. However, there is just something that's missing...service is adequate, but not above and beyond like you might expect for a ""nice restaurant"". There's more but I can't put my finger on it. Oh, we also had reservations yet we were seated on the second tier, away from the windows, close to the kitchen. Why bother? more

I enjoy the food, though I always feel something is missing from this place. It has great views, and very typical small portions from an upscale place. Pros: Food, View Cons: Small portions, somethings missing more
