Jeff actually contacted me through a referral from another company that was not able to address the problem we had with drain lines from our water filtering system. His timing was perfect as we were up against a deadline for closing on selling our house. Jeff reviewed the Home Inspector's Report concerning the drain lines and explained, so that I could understand, how the problem needed to be fixed. He came to the house right on time the next morning and within 30 minutes had the problem diagnosed and had prepared an estimate of the time required and cost. Later that afternoon I contacted Jeff after the problem had been fixed. He said he wound up using more materials than he had estimated and it took a little longer than he expected but he honored his original estimate/quote for the job. Had Jeff repipe my house with CPVC. The workmanship was quality, and the holes he had to cut in the walls were minimal. When I had detected the PB leaks, I had thrown away a bunch of Wet Insulation. After Jeff had finished, I had went into the crawlspace, expecting to have to place it back myself. Turned out Jeff had done it for me, which I considered to be above the call of duty. He's a one man company, so when scheduling, he'll probably take a day or two to get back you. But I was happy with his work and recommend him. more

Falls Plumbing re-piped my entire condo to replace the polybutelene pipes which were originally installed. They were always on time and cleaned up very well at the end of the day when they were done. The holes in the walls and ceiling that needed to be cut out to get to the pipes were replaced so that you could not even know they were in there.
