Service was professional, prompt and attentive to my car buying needs. My salesman, Juan Villeda, was patient, answered my questions, and walked me through he whole process. I appreciate how the Falls Church Motors staff and owner rallied behind me having a great car buying experience! more

I wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks for your business ethic. I would tell the world that you and your staff at Falls Church Motors are truly the most caring and compassionate automotive people I have ever encountered. You and your staff are truly genuine and there is nothing phony about their concern for your customers. I too work in the service industry and cannot help but notice service - related issues and I can tell the other guys out here selling cars they had better watch out or take lessons from Falls Church Motors Staff on being personable and available for customer concerns. My experience with you and your staff has been nothing but positive and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle come visit the BEST Used Car Dealership on the East Coast. more
