Great Professional Car Repair Service 10/26/2011

I had a real bad experience with my last auto repair shop. The car went for repair and I was charged for original manufacturer parts. A few weeks later I had a problem at weekend and had to take the car to 24/7 repair chain. It turned out the parts were not OME or whatever they call them but cheap version, probably from China or wherever they make them. I was quite pissed at this. Fallon Automotive was recommended by a friend but I was quite wary to go there. However, I am not going anywhere else now! The service is quite good, skill is there but the best part for me is the honesty. Keep up the good work Mike. Pros: null Cons: null more

They Asked Questions 10/6/2011

I thought I knew what was wrong, but the guys talked me into coming in and letting them see the car. Once I got there they asked lots of questions before they even hooked it up to the computer. The repair cost a third of what I thought and basically saved my Labor Day weekend vacation. more

Happy but sad 9/24/2011

Service has always been wonderful. It's just sad when you find your car is having major problems. But the good folks at Fallon can at least sit down with you and discuss it in a very educational manner. It's good to know good guys like these folks. I've enjoyed their service for quite some years now and only stray in emergencies when I have to i.e. Saturday or Sunday. more

Brake work 9/17/2011

I was very satisfied with the work and the cost of the brake work Fallon's performed on my '04 Acura MDX. Had the front/rear brake pads replaced and rotors machined. The work they did removed the "clunking" noise coming from the rear brakes. They also recommended that I have the timing belt replaced (only if I hadn't had it done already) since the recommendation is at 100k miles. They weren't pushy about it unlike how other shops that "scare" you into doing the work. I will go back to Fallon's. more

Fallon Auto is still great 8/31/2011

Just a routine oil change and 60k checkup. I do all my own routine maintenance (air/cabin filters, etc...) so all that's left for the milestones is the fluid exchanges. They keep good records as to what's been done so there's no extra expense from unnecessary work. Prices are reasonable. Its a great shop to use as your "regular mechanic" more

I have been working with Fallon for about 6-9 months. I have come to trust them without hesitation. They diagnose my cars quickly (I have 5) and are exact in their pricing. They take the time to understand if I just need the vehicle on the road or if I want it brought up to like new specifications. By far they are the best mechanics I have ever had. Had car serviced recently; service and work are always great but I never get a call from anyone at the shop about when/if car is ready or what the problem is with car unless I call first. would like better customer outreach more
