This spa is fantastic! Every one of the staff is so helpful and will go out their way to make sure you have the best experience possible, from the receptionists to Sherry the spa director! The whole staff is very knowledgeable on the products and services and will do all they can to help you find the one that will work best for you. I love coming here and always leave so happy! more

The worst Pedicure and Gel Nails Ever! 6/12/2011

The girl who provided service for my pedicure and Gel Nails was not experience. She was very nice, but she failed to remove the dead skin from my feet, did not trim my cuticals, and the polish was very unprofessional. When I left I went straight to my regular salon who repainted my toe nails for a fee. My OPI Gel Nails were thick, misshapped with many lumps. She again failed to trim my cuticals. I would not go there. It was by far the worst salon experience. more

Love this place! 4/15/2011

The first time I visited Falling Waters was back in 2003 and the last time I was there was yesterday! I have been a loyal client since and absolutely love this spa! Having traveled to many spas I can honestly say I feel at home here. Sherry, the spa director treats you like family. The entire staff is amazing from the moment you walk in until check out. I used to drive all over for hair at one place, facials and massage for another but here I truly can get it all done because the service providers are amazing! Another bonus is they have the kids care where I can drop off my 2 daughters and know they are close by and in good hands. This spa is beautiful, friendly and has a very talented staff, I highly recommend it and am so happy I found it! more

Falling Waters is the Best 4/6/2011

I have gone to many spas across the world and have discovered that the best spa is right in my own backyard, Falling Waters Day Spa and Salon. They have the best people, knowledgeable and the facility is great. You can even use the bigger locker room, sauna, whirlpool and showers in the Treehouse Athletic Club if you want. They also have child care and a clothing boutique. Worth every penny and then some. more

Worth it 10/6/2007

Although the prices at the Falling Waters Day Spa may be a bit much it is well worth it in my opinion. When you get there you can be sure that the treatment you get is going to be top quality. You get what you pay for and I am willing to pay extra to know that I am getting a trained professional who is going to be awesome at their job. Sure there are some that are not that great, but most everyone I have been to there is vantastic and there is all personalities. I did get fake nails there and I ddint' care for them. But that is the only thing I have not like. more

When I visited the Falling Waters Dayspa I was treated so well, it was as if I was a star! The atmosphire was so inviting and warm. I felt so welcomed by all of there staff. Great Customer Service! 8/11/2006

After walking into a very beautiful reception area I was welcomed by a friendly staff. I was scheduled far a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. All of my services were above average. I would recommend this day spa to anyone either a regular spa goer or a newbie. The jewelry, belts and clothing are amazing. Nice added touch with the boutique atmosphere. Falling Waters made my day very relaxing and I will be back soon! Pros: On site day care, skilled professionals, friendly staff more

Not a great experience 6/6/2006

I was very much disappointed with the service I got from the Fallingwaters day spa. I scheduled my appoinment a week before and the day I reach there, they dont have my appointment on the calendar, they squeeze me in to some one else's schedule and I didnt get the full time, I was cut in short and man, the prices are way over head. The pedicure lady just wanted to do it as a ritual, watching the clock when 45mts are gonna be over. Over all, nice big hole in my wallet and poor service. GO ELSEWHERE. more

    Located just inside the busy entrance of the Treehouse Athletic Club, the tiny spa waiting room does little to reduce stress. Although there is a lounge area where hot beverages and a bowl of fruit are provided, the staff may not think to mention it. In the spa locker room are 10 tiny lockers, many of which cannot be easily accessed if someone has curtained off the only shower. With only one sink and no benches, the women sharing this space tend to get in each other's way.

    The Services
    Once in your thin cotton robe and plastic sandals, you'll wait on a wooden bench for your therapist to take you to a room. There, the pleasure of a massage is heightened by the burbling water fountain and the hot rolled towel placed under your neck. For something special, try the mirror massage--two therapists working over your body in tandem--or one of the skin treatments especially suited to Utah's dry climate. Otherwise, you'll find the expected range of treatments, including facials and manicures for men.
