My child was so afraid to go to the dentist. Well, not any more! Dr. Fales has to be the kindest man I've ever met. We are now definite fans. Moms I highly recomment this doctor. more

We have been to see Dr. Fales several times and have been happy each time. They have a kids room that the kids can play in while waiting to get called back (or for little siblings), as well as video games in the back, not to mention fresh cookies and a prize from the token machine after the appointment. The hygenists we've seen have always made sure to answer any questions we have, and Dr. Fales seems to have the interest of my children in mind, not what the most expensive procedure will be. They do have a private room available for the first appointment (and maybe subsequent) as well. I appreciate the care we've received and will definitely recommend to friends! more

My son used to go to Dr. Fales. Let me tell you a little about this office. Nice waiting room, pretty friendly desk staff. They call you back. My son kind of liked it, at first, because they give the kids game boys to play. They have about a half dozen dentist chairs lined up side by side. There is NO privacy, at all! It's like an assembly line. His Dental Techs are NOT kid friendly!!! My son was only 4 years old and Dr. Fales recommended that he get an appliance. A $1000 appliance to correct his cross bite. So, we paid the $1000 and had this appliance ordered and put in. It took 3 techs to hold him down in the chair and they were yelling at him telling him to quit crying like a "baby". Of course, every other chair was filled with children, so they all watched! We would go back for an adjustment and same thing. So, by the third adjustment, we decided that it was time to find a "kid friendly" Dentist. Our new Dentist said that we wasted our money on the first appliance and now we need another $1000 appliance b/c he was too little when the first one was placed. NOT HAPPY!!! Wouldn't recommend Fales to ANYONE!!! more
