No Pushy Salesman 2/8/2011

I don't like salesmen that put down other makes. Although I love new cars as much as anyone, I'm not fond of buying cars because of the pushy salesmen and the feeling I got rooked when I leave. At Acura of Las Vegas I had none of these feelings. Not even the dreaded 'buyer's remorse'. The closest thing to 'pushy' was asking me if I liked the car, I did, and then asked if I want to look at the numbers. I did. He didn't try to 'sell' me the car but followed my direction. more

Buying a car was never easier 1/28/2011

Buying a car was never easier - we all know buying a car you are likely to get taken advantage of - but they were unfront in wanting to know what I was willing to pay (or compromise on). Do your homework first for any lease deals and do the math for the car you want - obviously you can't drive away with a $60K car with zero down for $199/month - the math just doesn't work out BUT this dealership was certainly more willing to work with me than anyone else in town. Plus Acura's have a high residual which helps with the lease options. Highly recommend George at the Sahara dealership. more

Will Definitely Return To This Dealership 12/30/2010

I feel this was a very positive outcome and I feel Acura of Las Vegas went above and beyond in their service and helpful attitude. My experience is not unique. A friend in St. George had a similar positive service experience with this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for servicing my Acura and in a couple of years probably buy my next car from them. more

Great customer service 12/28/2010

I needed a new car and had decided on another make when a friend suggested I look at Acura. Being a woman I always have the feeling I'm going to be taked advantage of when buying a car so I brought a friend along with me. I had also done lots of research on lots of cars in the months before I bought my car so I could ask intelligent questions and determine if the salesman was telling me the truth. When we went to the dealership to look I was immediately approached by a salesman that made me feel instantly at ease. Friendly and comfortable not pushy at all. He answered my questions (he had to go and look up one thing and I don't mind that at all...better than making something up) and I took the car for a test drive. When I told him of the other car I'd been looking at he made no derogatory remarks about the other brand just talked about the benefits of his own brand. That impressed me. more

Great Service 12/20/2010

I am one who memorized all the voice commands and that works fantastic. A sound system that is worthy of playing smooth Jazz or Classical music. Seats that do what they are suppose to do with a sports sedan, and a 305 HP engine that gets me around some crazy drivers on the freeway of Southern Calif more

If you want an Acura this is the place to be for one reason. Louie Doblado. He is the best sales guy ever. Our family has bought 7 cars from him now and will continue to buy from him until he retires. We were looking at a used car once on the lot that was a killer deal. We went home to do some research and found out it was a lemon. We came back the next day to test Louie, and he passed! Without us even mentioning the lemon report he advised us not to buy it because it had been in the shop too many times. more

I bought my Acura TSX at this dealership after minimal haggling. I don't know if it's the higher-end brand or just this dealership, but I felt much less pressure here than when buying a car in the past. I also do my service here, and they're fantastic more
