His employee who installed my new water heater was prompt, productive, and efficient. He cleaned-up my garage and only charged me for necessary parts and labor. Mike came to see my furnace problem on Monday, he was at the house when he said he would be. Said he would send a bid on Tuesday, he did. I talked with him on the phone on Wednesday,He said they would put the furnace in on Friday, They did. The workman were on time,very nice, with manners what more can you ask for? the furnace is great. I most definitely recommend them. more

I have been using Falcone Plumbing & Heating for approximately three years to service two of my client's properties. When I call, they send someone out immediately to assess the problem. I don't have to worry or follow up. One of the service calls was for a heating and AC unit. I sent them an e-mail and they contacted the tenant directly. When I checked in, they had already take care of the problem. Even the tenant was surprised by how prompt the service was. I know I am in good hands. Another time we had to contact Falcone Plumbing & Heating after a major leak was discovered at one of my client's vacant properties. It was a major job. They sent two technicians right away and they had to dig several feet before they could find and ultimately repair the leak. It was really great that they were able to come out right away. We wanted to be proactive, so we hired Falcone Plumbing & Heating to do preventative maintenance work on our existing system. We had them put a tray under the water heater and they installed magnets to keep the calcium out. They are very thorough and educational. The service technician took the time to explain what he was doing, and he taught me how to maintain the water heater myself. He knew what he talking about. Everything looks good. more

They have not finished yet, but they are super prompt and they call very quickly. We first called them on a Saturday night and they got in touch within an hour. The customer service has been great.
