Good: Nothing. The worst experience. Bad: I did not like all the untrueful lies that the staff told me. I was told that the incorrect billing would be taken care of and I did try for over one year to take care of it but they would never listen to me. I even went into the office every other day to speak to them. My partner experienced extreme pain from the dentist and had to go see a dental surgeon.. Improvements: To TREAT customers like customers and do not put charges on the bills that were not discussed with the customer. lots of customer service training needed. Other: The worst experience at this dental office. I have never been treated like this by anyone before...........
