This is my new favorite restaurant! The food is always fresh and delicious with a very healthy menu. More importantly, all of the employees are more than friendly and it's always a pleasure dining with them. Best restaurant in town!!! more

a few years ago my son returned from israel and noticed a neon sign on wiles road that said falafel bistro. he had a craving for the food he loved in israel, the food there satisfied his craving and then some! we both found the food so fresh, so perfect. since then i have introduced the place to all of my friends and the restaurant has become our favorite. ilan the chief and owner has a true talent for cooking and for making you feel like you are at home. one can tell that ilan has a passion for creating wonderful dishes. my husband , friends and i have tried almost every dish there and have loved everyone! its hard to pick a favorite! more

I LOVE Falafel Bistro! Not only do we eat there at least once per week, we take our friends there too. I love introducing them to wonderful and fresh vegetarian food! The owners Ilan and Lauren are the best and treat all of their customers like family. Best restaurant in South Florida! more

Best food that I have experienced in a very long time! Great fresh, made to order. Hummus was amazing. Dinner specials served with perfection. Service fast, friendly and the owner and his wife are there to make sure all is up to standard..VERY HIGH standards. I stumbeled accross this "jem" by accident. I since have returned at least 7 times in the last 3 weeks. Every time its better than the last! You can NOTgo wrong with this place. Tucked into a no-discript plaza its everything a health concious person could want! more

Great finding.great food.great staff and most important the owners make you feel like home.we keep going for more.don't miss the best falafel in the u.s and the hummus is out of this world.fish is allways fresh and the quinoa salad WOW.I will stop now. Just go and fall in love more
