Fairwood Thai 5/5/2010

The food is great, but the last experience I had will make it my last. The man who was working was very rude & snippy, and I'm going to attribute that to it being busy that day, but it turned me off. Also, some of the menu items come with rice during lunch, but do not come with rice during dinner, but it's more expensive. Doesn't make sense. We're going to try the new Thai place across the street by Albertson's. Hopefully the food has better prices and the staff is friendlier. more

Fairwood Thai is Good 2/23/2007

The curry warms your being on any given day. My favorite is Pad Thai noodles and my personal request is to add Thai basil, that seems to be magic. The owner is interesting and is available to visit. You will enjoy him, too. I will continue to come back here, give it a try. You will be pleased. more

Fairwood's Thai food has FINALLY come! 12/22/2005

For years, Fairwood only had Golden Peacock for a nice Asian restaurant. Now we have Fairwood Thai! As Thai food connoisseurs, my husband and I were eager to try it. Our verdict? Good, but not great. If you want great, go farther down Petrovitsky to Moragote. Looking for a quick Thai fix? Fairwood Thai will do. Their curries are all very good, but their noodle dishes leave something to be desired. Phud See Iw, Phud Ka Mao and Phud Thai are all just a little bit off, I think that it’s in the sauce but I just can’t put my finger on it. Overall it’s a very good restaurant and you can’t beat that it’s two minutes away! more
