After the wrong bouquet was delivered to me, it took three days of phone calls and multiple promises for a new bouqet arrive. Once again, it was not what was ordered. The flowers were obviously unhealthy as they were covered in brown spots within 24 hours and died shortly after. And in the end, dispite promises of a discount from the manager, full payment including delivery for the orginal bouquet was charged even though the one received was worth far less.
