Fairlight Bakery makes the cookies that are sold prewrapped in cellophane in many of the local coffee shops for at least $1.00 each. They are made at a small and hard to find bakery in Vancouver, where they sell their ""overstock"" and ""seconds"" very, very cheap. They are still the same wonderful cookies, but they are not individually wrapped and are sometimes a little broken or imperfectly shaped. A small price to pay for the small price you pay.
Pros: great cookies, nice people
Cons: hard to find
