Fairhope Physical Therary was established in July, 1993 to provide quality, affordable outpatient physical therapy services to coastal Alabama residents living in Baldwin or Mobile County. At Fairhope Physical Therapy our mission is to provide patients, the community and referring physicians the finest and most comprehensive physical therapy and athletic training services available in a convenient and pleasant patient setting.
