They carry organic pastured poultry, grass fed Angus beef and heritage pork. raw cow and goat milk as well as eggs from pastured chickens. Their unsold milk is turned into raw cheeses, flavored yogurts ant kefir.
They grind fresh turkey and chicken daily and create a variety of sausages and burgers. Carl draws on his many years of restaurant experience to create mouthwatering prepared salads, soups and pies. This pace is great!
