Service was mediocre 11/18/2007

For $100 a night we got a fairly nice room but the shower water was luke warm. When we brought it up to the front desk they just said that since it's a big hotel (it wasn't that big in reality) the warm water takes a while to get everywhere. In general it was alright but not really worth $100. Pros: late check out time, nice room, close to malls Cons: no hot water, iron didn't work more
