This restaurant has everything that you would expect from a cajun menu, and so much that you don't quite expect. We started our dinner at the Bowman location since we live over in the west side of town, and we were greeted very warmly at the door, we were sat at a very rustic table, and greeted by a smiling waitress. We asked what the best appetizer was, and he told us that the ""shrimp tchoapit...."", anyway i dont know how to say it like he did, but boy did i know how to eat it. Next, we had some of the creole soaked salad; for dinner i had the Filet that has bleu cheese butter on it, ""fantastic"", easily the best steak in town, and my companion had the Eggplant, and finally we had some of their raspberry cheesecake. If you are in little rock it is worth stopping and if you live here, go often and sample some of their extensive wine list. The red's seem selected for quality and palate appeal rather than merit based on name, and ask for more bread it tastes just like new orleans french bread.
Pros: Just pick a menu item blindfolded, because you wont be disappointed!
Cons: nothing to complain about and i am from new orleans originally
