Facial Aesthetic Concepts: Gangnes Richard MD

I recently underwent a number of facial rejuvenative procedures with Dr. Gangnes. I'm currently 3 weeks post-surgery and am thrilled with the results; which are far better than I ever expected. I feel as though Dr. Gangnes has given me 15-20 years back, while simultaneously producing a very natural, unpulled (or other artificial) look. As a testament to Dr. Gangnes' skill as a surgeon, I had almost no post-operative bruising and minimal post-operative pain. Considering the extent of my facial rejuvenation process, this is pretty remarkable. I would also like to mention Dr. Ganges' staff and surgical center. The staff are impeccable: polite, knowledgeable and caring. The surgicenter is state-of-the-art; with many of the technological features that one would only find in the most modern of hospital facilities. All in all, I have been extremely impressed with Dr. Gangnes' skill as a surgeon, his staff and facility; and would highly recommend him to anyone considering facial rejuvenative surgery. more

Even though we said that fat would not stay in my case, Dr. Gangnes put first a lot of fat into the cheeks. Then he made a long incision into the hair, pulled skin sideways down, cut out a lot of hair. Long after the operation I was in awful pain. Dr. Gangnes said, this happens. 6 months after my cheeks broke down. He said, he always does the same and he does not see anything wrong. The damages of Dr. Gangnes facelift are far beyond repair. My face is an ugly grimasse (see profile photo). Dr. Gangnes said: He does not see anything wrong. I wished I would not have woken up from this devastaing operation or better: never have heard of HNO-doctor Gangnes. I can assure, he does not care about his patients! He is a pure money maker. There was no other reason for making fat as more money for him, knowing that it would not work out for the patient. Pros: NON Cons: ALL - He knows nothing about a facelift more

I recently had the fraction CO2 performed by Dr. Miller and I was admittedly a little nervous prior to the procedure but once Dr. Miller sat down and began explaining the procedure to me all my anxieties flew out the window. I had complete confidence in him, his knowledge and experience were evident and his gracious and caring bedside manner made me feel completely at ease. During the procedure Dr. Miller continued to talk to me and make sure I was comfortable and not in pain and continued explaining what he would be doing next. Once the procedure was over the discomfort was minimal it felt like a sunburn and in less than 2 hours from when we started the procedure I had no pain or discomfort at all. I drove myself home and by the 4th day I was meeting friends for lunch. Pros: Beautiful, Clean, Warm, Welcoming atmosphere in all the office and the staff is amazing. more

If you are looking for one place for all of your beauty needs this is the place for you! They do anything from waxing to facial surgery and everything in between. They have two facial cosmetic surgeons who are both wonderful and knowledgeable and really seem to care about their patients. They spend time answering all your questions and make you feel well cared for. The staff is very friendly and happy to help no matter what you need. I have seen 2 of their estheticians and one of their Physician Assistances and they were all so wonderful! I can?t say enough nice things about this place I have referred all my friends here. I know no matter what I need I can come here and I will get exactly the right treatment for me! more
