I didn't enjoy my experience here.... the photos take FOREVER to process and came out bad (there was discoloration, marks on the photo, etc). I was upset with the lack of quality...

Best photographer I have found since I moved to Utah. I have been searching for something different for a year now. It's very refreshing to find something new and fresh, not the same old poses and look. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. There was one small mishap with my order and the staff was so great they delivered the correct photo to my house the next week! I will never go anywhere else. more

I would have to say that this place is a JOKE, the most unorganized and unprofessional photographer I have ever used. The management is a joke and they don't know what they are doing. Chad knows how to take pictures that's about it, his prices are a joke and his turn around time is never correct. I would highly recommend that you not go with FACES PHOTOGRAPHY anyone else but him! Bottom line everything takes forever and no one is on the same page. AVOID! more

I would never use this studio. My son's high school team has had photos taken here for four years (arrangements made by someone else), and I've never purchased any. Very poor photography. This year the players had to prepay. We just received the photos that were taken in Sept., and my son's photo was hideous. He has never taken such a poor picture in his life, even a school photo. I can't believe the studio even sent this to us. They should have called us for retakes. more

We LOVE Faces! They are so wonderful. We have used faces for over a year now (approximately 7 different photo shoots) and we have loved all of our pictures! Chad, the photographer and owner is wonderful and so helpful! I would recommend him to everyone! more

Not a good experience 6/6/2011

I didn't enjoy my experience here.... the photos take FOREVER to process and came out bad (there was discoloration, marks on the photo, etc). I was upset with the lack of quality of the photos, especially considering how expensive they are. The people are nice enough but I wouldn't ever go there again. more

Fantastic Service 7/5/2009

I went in and they welcomed me with a warm smile and suggested to me what I can do for some fabulous pictures and I think they turned out fantastic. I would suggest to anyone who like fabulous service and some great photography to go here. They use all of their surroundings not just the inside of the studio. Pros: These people are very kind, respectful, and helpful Cons: there weren't really any drawbacks at all. more

creepiest guy ever 4/11/2009

I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy; the owner is a completely disrespectful, cocky and rude person with no business ethic. Photographer made me feel very uncomfortable. I can't believe this place is still in business! Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Pros: absolutely no pros Cons: totally corrupt business more
